I have logged a complaint on hello peter before about Samsung.
One of the representatives called me and apologised about the 2 different mobile phones that was out of box faults.
I accepted the apology and kept on promoting Samsung products. But after this week I have decided that I will never promote a Samsung product again. Instead I will make a point thereof to make sure that everyone I deal with does not purchase a Samsung product ever again. And being in the IT industry there is a lot of people I deal with regarding this type of product.
I had another out of box fault and this is the last of them. Samsung's quality of product is really gone down in my view. Trust me if you have had more than three products fail you within 3 weeks it shows something about the manufacture. So please stay away from Samsung products as you will spend more time and money trying to find a product that is not faulty. If you do get a Samsung product I hope that you do not have the same experience that I have had.
In my opinion this is really pathetic of Samsung.
