I had to send in my Galaxy S4 to get repaired because of screen damage and at first I was sceptical that it would be able to get fixed. They took in my phone and not even 24 hours later they told me that my phone was ready to be collected.
There was a mix up with where my phone needed to be delivered and I feel bad for the frustration that I took out on them. But despite all of that the awesome people at Smartlab Cape Town branch did everything they could to ensure that my phone was delivered to me.
Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone to get devices fixed. Hopefully I won't need to send a device to you guys again but when it ever comes to that you guys will hear from me again.
