I contacted Liptronics (in Dec of 2011) to fix a blown compressor on my fridge. They did, however after they did the job, the fridge started heating up so badly (the freezer section) that wax bubbled from out of the rubber in the door. They refused to change the compressor or give me my money back. On contacting Samsung it turned out that they have put in the wrong compressor, I have written and contacted them so many times of which I have kept all the records, but they refuse to help. I have paid (and have receipts) R1600.00 for this job. The fridge is of no use to us now. I have never ever come across such bad service before. Not even talking to the owner helped. Please could you help.
