Too long for service and shocking response

Miele washing machines are expensive and not supposed to break down. Every so often this machine needs to have a "rest" - it stops working and after a few days starts again. This is the second or third time I have called them out for the same thing but it has happened a number of times. Phoned on 26 June - they said they could not send anyone until 1 July. I found this unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager - no-one phoned back. the machine decided to start working. Cancelled but had to book again on 8 July - was given 12 July as a date. Again asked for someone to contact me - nothing. Phoned 12 July to ask what time and was told my service was booked for 15 July only! Am now waiting again for a senior manager to phone and explain. I think all their machines are breaking down which is why they cannot send a serviceman. They also claim to be "so confident in their product and service ..." ( I haven't even mentioned the waiting time on the phone!)
