Thoroughly disappointed in Apple's products! I have been an Apple user since 2009 and have been having quite a few problems, but I have only reached my limit now. Why are their products so darn expensive if their quality is horrendous?! Firstly, The battery life of the iPod Touch is terrible (and I have only ever charged it when needed). Secondly, why are the accessories so expensive if they don't even last? (I have been through 4 chargers in the last 2 years and that creates financial trouble for a STUDENT). And Lastly, the screen quality is horrific! (My iPod accidentally fell of my bedside table and the screen cracked- i understand that it fell, but a whole 40cm height and it CRACKED?!). If I could, i'd be using another brand- but I always thought Apple products were the best, until recently. The quality of Apple products is not worth their price and if i could, i'd encourage people to use another brand because Apple's is disappointingly lacking! Apple seriously needs to pay attention to the quality of their products as its decreasing (compared to 2009)
