I have booked in and Samsung amplifier for repairs on 2013/05/30 at Pretoria Appliance & TV, I was told it will be a week for the repair to be done if the parts is in stock. Then a week later I phoned them to find out what's happening? I was told Samsung was closed for stocktake from 2013/06/06 - 2013/06/11.I call a week later and was told the parts arrived 2013/06/13 and that they will call me back "tomorrow" after they have spoken with the technician.2 Days later I call them again and was told the technician is busy with the repair and they will call me "tomorrow". No call came. On 2013/06/20 I gave them another call and was told the technician was not there but they promised again to call me tomorrow morning before 9:00!!! No call. I have called them today 2013/06/21 and was told again the technician was not there today, and now they don't have the firmware for the spares they have replaced in the amplifier.
It seems they are bullg the clients with promises they don't keep.
What should I do?
I HOPE YOURE GUYS AT SAMSUNG CAN SORT THINGS OUT as Pretoria Appliance & TV is listed as a non responder here in hello Peter.
