Broken Fridge for a month

My LG Fridge Broke a month ago. The fridge section is at room temperature, while the freezer works fine. I contacted Tafelberg Furnishers (Diepriver) where I bought the fridge in question and they said they would contact LG and get my fridge sorted out. I am a young entrepreneur and I own a small Confectionery Business. the fridge is used to stock all of our fresh cream. A week after the complaint was lodged a technician came out (after I called incessantly to state the urgency of my fridge being fixed) and announced I need a new fan for the fridge. That was the last I have seen or heard of them. Subsequently, I have had 30 Litres of cream go off because I have had no access to a fridge and this is now getting out of hand. You cannot expect a person to live without a fridge for over a month and when I ask when I can expect it to be fixed, the response I get when I ask when my fridge will be fixed is "i don't know'. I am really upset with the service I have received on this matter, It is costing me money (R810) worth of cream is now rotten and I am yet to hear a peep.
