We purchased a 51" 3D Plasma TV from the Samsung Store in Gateway. Due to my wife giving birth the week the TV was purchased, it was only installed a Month later. After a week of watching, we noticed tiny white spots. We then replaced all the cables to eradicate the problem. This did not work. I then proceeded to log a call. It took two months for some one to call us back after we physically went to the store to complain.
The technician arrived 4 months after purchase date only to discover that it is a manufacturing fault and the screen should be replaced. The problem I have is that this problem should not have gone to four months and I refuse to have my brand new TV open to be repaired. The TV should be replaced as it is an out the box failure.
The technician agreed.
