I discovered that I have defaulted and my name was listed with Transunion ITC on the 27/09/2012 by John Makuwerere. I contacted this John in February 2013 and he said that was an error he will update his ITC at the end of the month and remove the default and send me a confirmation letter. Now I find out that the debt has been written off, (which debt?), I never owed PFK, and I'm still paying for the tracking device on montly basis since it was installed. This guy is so incompetent, he never communicated to me any non payment and I never received any notification from PFK about debit order not received. I have a default on my credit profile which will last for two years, because of John's incompetency, I want this default removed on my credit profile and cancel this contract. I'm not willing to deal with incompetent people who destroy our lives by not following proper procedures.
