I spoke to norene on 29/5 and was told that my delivery was in eastern cape and that the courier tried delivering but no1 was available at my home. only to find out that the tv was in eastern cape. norene spoke to her manager and called me back, stating that the parcel will be delivered overnight to me.
called norene on thursday and left message on her voicemail -- still no reply.
spoke to hlengiwe this morning still waiting for an answer.
another customer was called this morning and told that her parcel will be delivered today and she took her contact 1 week after me.
this is not customer service. if they cannot handle the volume of work they must not make it the customers problem. al they would say is sorry, like that helps.
