DSTV Free Installation Not What It Seems

I recently bought a DSTV package from a retailer that offered free installation. The voucher inside the box tells you to call Ellies for installation, the number is on the front of the voucher. The installer arrived and installed the dish on the wall adjacent to my entertainment area. I said this was unacceptable and asked that it be installed on the roof where a previous dish was sighted. His reply was that it would cost an additional R400. On the third page of the voucher that contains just a list of all Ellies branches is a small note that the installation is for a wall mounted bracket. You do not know this until you have parted with your money and only if you look at the back page of the voucher. I called Ellies who agreed to appoint another installer who would do it for nothing. He advised he would came at 4pm. I called Ellies at 15h00 but they did not call back. Called again at 16h10 and they said installer would be here at 16h00. Called the installers office at 17h30 to be told he would still come today. It is now 18h00, pitch dark and still no installer. Waited in all afternoon. Don't touch anything to do with Ellies, they just don't care about their customers.
