No service despite payment made

We had a problem with our electrical system and called 24/7 Electrical Solutions. Despite it being an emergency an electrician was only sent days later. The wiring was checked and I was informed that parts had to be replaced. I was emailed an invoice and ask to pay so that the parts could be supplied. The electrician then undertook to come back once he had the parts. This has still not happened after several weeks. All attempts to contact 24/7 Electrical Solution have been unsuccessful. Emails, voicemails and sms's are ignored, and when I did speak to Stephany Delatour, I was told that she will pass the message on. After weeks of nobody coming back to me, I requested a refund. This has also been ignored. I am wondering if this is a legitimate business or a. At this stage it is clear that we will not receive any service nor get a refund.
