I have a contract phone with Vodacom for which I am paying a lot every month. Since the beginning of April my phone has been giving trouble with ringing, playing music and in fact emitting any type of sound. First I took it to Vodacom repairs in Alberton who claimed they fixed the phone. Upon collection and returning home, I found that the phone had never been repaired. Infuriated, I took the phone back to Midrand walk-in repair center, so that they could have it fixed. A week later I eventually got my phone back fixed, Today, not even a month later I wake up to find that my phone is presenting with the same problem. I refuse to hand the phone in for repair as this means I will be stuck with a entry-level phone with absolute no functionality pertaining to my lifestyle. I am in the medical profession and therefore I am reliant on my cellphone for work purposes. This phone has never fallen and it is evident from the immaculate outside condition. I need my Sony Xperia T replaced. I cant keep paying for something I cannot use!
