No Delivery then no Refund for R3 341.74

An order was confirmed on 8 April of an item to the value of R3 341.74 was in stock and then paid for the same day with POP document sent to Purple fly. A reply was received from Shaen-Claude and it was said it will be delivered. I then waited 7 working days and no delivery.

Then there were a bunch of excuses after a confirmation that the stock was received for a couple of weeks which I could not take any more and cancelled the order with Purple Fly Trading on the 19 April. They then said it is no problem and that they would refund me the money.

It is now more than a month later and I still did not receive a refund or any communication thereof except excuses when I contact Purple Fly.

Please people think twice when purchasing anything from this company. They will confirm orders they will take your money but there is no guarantee that you will receive the goods or your money back. At the moment this seems to be to be a company that runs a or a dishonest business.
