3 Months ago I traded in my old Samsung microwave at MM All Electronics in order to get a discount on a new Samsung microwave. I paid for the new microwave in full expecting to receive it within a few days.
3 months later I am still waiting for the microwave with neither MM All Electronics or Samsung bothering to give any feedback on why it is taking so long to source the microwave.
Each time I contact the call centre I am told that I will be given feedback but time and time again no one bothers to call back.
