Worst Service delivery I have ever received

There isn't enough space to list all my complaints. I laid a complaint at Samsung last week Friday about MM All Electronics, about a TV took into the repair centre 2 months ago. Even after paying almost 3 weeks ago for a replacement Samsung cannot confirm when delivery will take place to MM All Electronics. I had to call Samsung Call Centre myself on behalf of MM ALL Electronics because Samsung SA would not answer MM All queries.
I spent 5 hours on the phone this week trying to arrange delivery of my new paid for replacement TV to MM All Electronics (on their behalf). The Samsung Call Centre put me on hold for a 1 or 2 of those hours. After logging the call Friday, I phoned back Monday and they had no record of my complaint, I spent another hour relaying the complaint.
I have had about 10 emails from MM ALL Electronics telling me that my TV will be delivered on so-and-so date which never materialised.
I have honestly never heard so many excuses and delays in my entire life, even after laying multiple complaints at Samsung and speaking multiple Superiors at MM All and Samsung SA. I just sit and pray now that they haven't to me again.
