I used MM All Electronics on a previous occassion. This time around I dealt with Cecilia. I called her to log a fault/repair as it was the same problem with my Samsung washing machine this time around. I immediately paid the call out fee via EFT and a person came to my house as promised. I asked her the previous day, please do repair, I will EFT whatever costs incurred. The tehnician came, and as I was not home at the time, which I also told Cecilia, he phoned his office and was told I had to pay immediately (R320) for repair!! Frustrating. They don't trust their customers. To top it all off, there was the holiday in between and he only came yesterday. Of course when I confronted Cecilia telephinically, all I got was a bad attitude. Cecilai was no where to be found since the incident and my last communiation to her on 30.04.13. Passing the buck to Phindi! No sense of customer retaltionships, let alone communication skills.
