Is Samsung too big to care about its clients

I bought a Samsung i5 laptop on 20/4/2013. 1 year and 3 days later the processor blew. I took it back to Dion Wired to send it back to Samsung. Then the nightmare started. It took Samsung 1 month to approve the repair & I waited 3 more months with no results. The excuses given by Franchesco (Regional manager at Samsung) & the Samsung rep at Dion Wired are as follows: "The chip is in SA but has not been released by Samsung. Repair company Rectron has the chip & will let me know when the machine is ready. The chip is still in Korea & it will take an additional 3 weeks to get here. It is the fault of Rectron for not following up with Samsung. We have no idea where the part is & we are investigating" Franchesco also referred the matter to senior managers at Samsung H/O.The problem, Samsung SA is too incompetent to get the new part. Now they are making their problem my problem by offering "we will refund your money" I have been inconvenienced & am out of pocket due to lost software & loss of use for 4 months. They cant offer anything that resemble service. I don't want the money. I want my repaired laptop or a replacement i5 laptop with a comparable specs. Watch this space for updates
