Haphazard book delivery is nonsense

On the 19th of February, I ordered books to use for an assignment due 30 April, thinking I had left more than enough time.

As of today, I have STILL not received all the books and journal articles necessary to pass or complete my assignment. I have contacted my lecturer and been granted a 10 day extension which is still not enough time whatsoever, assuming that I even do receive them in the interim.

What's even more frustrating is the fact that the books I DO have were sent all over the place - everywhere except my specified address. - I live in Johannesburg and yet many books landed up in Port Elizabeth. This is costing me time, money, and, potentially, my qualification.

Furthermore, the library will not allow me to order the books I need for my next assignment as they claim I already have too many (which I have NOT received) and so I am certain that I will face the exact same problem with the next assignment too.
