Statement problem

Hellow.

Please help me with this conflict, I went to Unisa with regard to the statement this year I registerd with Unisa then I cancelled my registration but my study fees were payed by NSFAS. I am surprised by the amount I am owing Unisa which R4080 while I expecting to owe NSFAS as I signed the credit agreement them (NSFAS). My student number is 45550255 my initials VG Zungu.
