On the 18th of February I went to UNISA and completed forms for my reimbursement of R3 300. The forms were completed and handed to Tsakani Bovana (tel 012 441 5467). She sent the documents through to Michael Ramusandiwa to proceed with the processing and refund.

I have escalated the matter since then via phone and email but did not receive any feedback on the status of the refund, and have till date not received the money either.

I visited UNISA again today, and was informed that Michael Ramusandiwa has not processed the request as yet and that the money is still reflecting on my UNISA account.

I would appreciate if you can give me feedback (and the refund) within the next 24 hours. Should I not get any feedback I will have to resort to the Ombudsman to assist with the complaint, as it has been almost 2 months now.
