UNNECESSARY DELAY ON EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

To whom it may concern
I applied for an exemption certificate when I registered for my course at Unisa. Where after I received a letter from Unisa dated 02-10-2012 stating i was required to submit my copy of my identification document as well as payment of R400.00. I went to Unisa Florida campus on 27-11-2012 to finalise my registration I went to the AME desk and gave them my identification document as well as paid the R400.00. After i did this i had no problems with registration or anything else the lady at the AME desk said everything is in order and i would receive the exemption certificate within 3 months. It has now passed the 3 months mark, and after various emails to unisa with no reply and on request from Hesa i have found out that my application can not be traced? Please note i am currently registered for LLB undergraduate and need to register my Articles with the Law Society of South Africa and one of the required documents they want is the exemption certificate, Everyday i wait longer for this i delay my articles as well. What happened to my application an what is the delay on this is putting everything on hold unnecessarily? Really disappointing service!!!
