The below email was sent on the 02/04/2013 and I have still not received a response, you forever wait for days to get assistance then you are penalised when its the cut off date. I need to register asap your cut off date to register a student number for formal qualifications is next week!!!

I applied last year to do a 6 month course with your institution and received student number 77496248.
Now this year I am registering for a formal qualification (Diploma - Office Management and Technology) and I know you need to register for a student number before you can register but the system is giving me an error??
Error:
A student record with the same personal details was found on the system. Please e-mail your full names, surname and your identity number/passport number to [email protected] for further enquiries.
