I began my Post-graduate studies through Unisa last March. This year should be my final year before I graduate with a BCom Business Informatics Honours degree. This should be a great achievement, however it is pretty difficult to complete my studies while Unisa has a complete disregard for finalizing my registration!
I registered online a month ago, and I have still not received any acknowledgment of my registration being completed. In addition to this I have already made my registration payment of R4500. This is a lot of money to spend, however I have no idea where it has gone to??? I continue calling Unisa to query why my registration has not been completed yet, however all I am bombarded with are disconnected lines or continuous unanswered lines.
Unisa, can you please URGENTLY finalize my registration! I am concerned that my courses have already begun without my knowledge or involvement, and I am already falling behind with my studies - thanks to you!
