Unauthorized ABSA account debit by Stratcol

My account was debited by Stratcol to they value of R99.99 without my consent. I have NO previous dealings with these people or why they took my money I have no idea.

I want to know why they debited my account. And it seems they are in a habit of doing this according to complaints on HelloPeter, and yet banks, especially ABSA, are not doing much about Stratcol.

Should one consider switching banks?
