I would just like to commend Dierdre on her friendly manner and very efficient service that she gave at Unisa PE. I waited the whole day in a queue, to be assisted with a problem with my online registration. She understood what the problem was and assisted me in correcting the problem. As I was waiting, I observed many people being rude to the Unisa staff, due to the long wait. But Deirdre was always smiling, even though is must have been a very difficult day. Thank you Deirdre.
