I am a previous Intec College student whom applied for Hospitaly Management studies with them in February 2011. I paid a study material deposit of R 5000.00 and the total course amount of R 17 000.00. Upon registration they told me i will get my study material within 31 working days. ( It was a 2 year course) eventually after several months I got HALF of my study material. I requested they send me all my study material as i wanted to work in advance. after numerous phonecalls and emails, and 2 years later, my course has ended and i am still awaiting my study material. i then requested them to cancle my studies, and refund me my R17 000.00 and my material deposit. they replied to my email (6 months later) stating they will only pay me back R 2 800.00 and use the rest as Cancellation fee. this is outragious as I paid them in full when they threatend me, but when they fail to deliver services, they are quick to blame the students. i event tried going the legal route, but no-one seems to assist from their side. They wasted 2 years of my life, and money i didnt have. I want my money back, ALL of it. I expect feedback via Hello Peter as personal emails to them fail to deliver response
