Upon registering for the module BPT1501 I was not informed that the entire module is entirely online. I currently don't have internet access often enough to take part in the discussions, post assignments and watch the online video's in order to pass. I would like to do a semester exchange on this module and so it next semester when I'm able to complete this module successfully. I don't feel there should be any financial loss on my part, as I was not informed that this module is online, that shouldn't expect any study material and that I should have adequate internet access. Unisa never responds to queries and so I have to resort to posting on this site. A colleague of mine is experiencing this same issue and we both feel at a loss as to how to deal with this. Thanks!
