Following on from my initial report, I have now exhausted efforts to try and resolve the dilemma relating to my daughters certification. After numerous meetings it was established that Northlink failed to submit the correct information to SSETA and as a result my daughter, having competed all her training has not yet graduated, received her certificates and been able to sit her trade test. Such a shame in this country where jobs are so scarce that so many young people are being hoodwinked into attending Colleges that keen to take your money up front, don't seem to care what happens with you after that.
Anyway I am reserving my rights without prejudice in this regard and my message to parents sending the Kids to Northlink for the hair care course is to think twice and scout around.
