I study through unisa... and I LOVE IT!!!
But I have a query and am not getting anywhere.
January I requested for a module to be moved for second semester, you phone the mumber for the contact centre, one is not able to get through you can either send an e-mail or sms..
send and e-mail, you only receive a reply that your mails has been received. the past week I got a reply from a log i logged about my unisa website problem of module not showing, that e-mail i sent ages ago in Jan ..
seeming i was not getting throough anywhere i accepted that mayb that module will not be cancelled, continued with my assignments etc... only one month left till the exam and today i receive an e-mail telling me my request has been done, the module removed from my unis had another assignment due tomorrow, my hard work was all for nothing..
this idea of cutting the contact centre is real bad, cos at least you can hold till you get an answer
I feel cheated and all my hardwork for nothing, still today after receing the e-mail, i tired the sms route, the calling, the e-mail to enquire cause i feel there is no point now i have been submitting my work for that module..
