I have registered to complete my final 2 modules for my qualification in Post Grad. studies. I was asked to submit Documents which i have fax only to be told I need to come in and submit it personally. After my 3rd visit to Unisa Cape Town office, waiting for 4 hours the consultant advised I do not qualify for that Course. My money will be re-embursed and the credits possible removed. This is unacceptable as no one can take credits for courses or modules completed successfully. Why have they accepted me inially. I will never recommend this Unisa to anyone. Could you please investigate this matter as I need to complete my qualification a.s.a.p. Thanks
