My refund was approved on the 19/07/2012, your process is very long. I have been patient for the last 6 months, I would appreciate if the refund be process much quicker because within your T an C its is possible within 90 days.
As per your terms and conditions, under General point 8.12
"All refunds that may be due in terms hereof shall only be payable within a period of 90 days after the said refund has been approved by the refunds committee"
I am still awaiting my refund as 90 days have lapsed, every week i have been calling yet no positive response
