Unisa' s online registration let me down this time

This year on the 15th January I registered online on the Unisa online registration service. I registered two course for non-degree purposes.By Friday 22nd February 2013 I did not get any response from Unisa and I took my time to go to Unisa to inquire as to why my registration is not being processed. At the inquiries I was told to go to the advisers. I told their so called adviser my problem and instead of him telling me he asked me what was the purpose of me registering for those courses. I told him that I came to find out why my registration was not processed and it is not up to him to decide which courses I can register for. Besides ever since I started studying with Unisa for the past ten years or more, I have always registered online. I got my Certificate in Datametrics (Computer Science) from Unisa without me setting a foot there. Why now this year my registration is not processed. Unisa must tell their so called advisers that not all people who come there are first year students. They have got attitude and think that we cannot think for ourselves. Besides I am the one who is paying not them. Their adviser said I must take my money back and I am waiting for 21 days for it.
