Bad Customer Service

I called Boston City Campus to request for my sisters progress report but Dawn Mazibuko told me that her office was getting painted she can't help me even after I explained to her that I needed the results urgently before Friday, 15 February 2013 as my sister needed to register at another institution, but she said there was nothing she could and I asked her to speak to someone else and she said there wasn't someone who can help me except herself, after arguing with her the she decided to go call the HOD and I waited on the line for 30min and she came asking for my email address, my sisters student number and my ID number and said the HOD will email through the results. I was very disappointed with the service I received.
