I registered for Unisa this year and since the end of January have not been able to claim my Unisa login or log in to the My Life portion of the site.
Same error message each and every time
"Unfortunately your UNISA account has not been created yet; you will not be able to complete your UNISA Login. Please try again in 48 hours."
Apparently on some of the older posts from today i saw replies from the Unisa Hello Peter Administrator saying the problem is sorted out. Well its not.
Now trying to track my study material which was supposed to have been sent off two weeks ago is another hassle i am trying to resolve.
Please sort this out as i need to access my material online from the library for my course.
