I'm seriously not impressed with the way Intec College is handling their accounts. I'm very dissapointed! I studied with Intec College, I paid my fees via debit order and they were all paid up in full. I paid all my exam fees. I passed and they sent me my Diploma.
After 2 years they are sending me letters telling me I owe them money!! and they are sending me Emails from the NCRA with a statement of R397 outstanding. I phoned them after my last instalment checking my account, and the lady i spoke with said I over paid them and there is money that they must credit me. I waited nothing happened until now and they say i owe them my money.
I asked them for my payment records they could not send to me, and that proves that they do owe me.
Intec College sort this out and give back my money.
