UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR ADMIN

Well done UJ, your admin is great, till after you've paid your none refundable registration fee.

I had the best service from the MCom Taxation department, the application for my Masters was a breeze. But from the moment I paid the registration fee and had to deal with the university administration department it went downhill, I might as well have studied through Unisa!

It took me a week to do my online registration as the subject codes were incorrect.

Then today, I left work 2 hours early to get a student card from the student centre. We were told it is open weekdays till 16:30 but when I arrived at 15:45 it was already closed!! I started a new job last week so to leave early is already a problem but now I need to come back another day. If I don't have a job, I can't pay my tuition?? If I had known how difficult this would be I would have registered at another university!
