I am kind of very unhappy at the moment, I was registered on Myunisa, I had a Mylife email account and everything was going great and then all of a sudden My modules were gone at the top of the list in Myunisa, so I phoned Unisa and someone told me that My student number has changed. So now, I have to register on MyUnisa and Mylife again but I can't because if I try to do it online it give me this error:
Unisa accounts for new Unisa students will only become available after your application for registration for this academic year was successfully processed and you have received confirmation thereof.
And it is a problem for me because I have no Idea whats going on and I cant study at all because I am doing a IT course and most of it is online and I do not even know when is my assignments dew and I can't do them!
My New student number is 53752996
I have phoned several times and they said it will be registered but it never is and I am getting very impatient.
