I joined Damelin after speaking with student consultant Xoliswa Siphengane, she gave me a quote on a course for marketing management and the exam fees, my company paid for the course and the exam fees upfront. I was never told that the exam fees change every year and neither was I told that I will be asked to pay extra for the exam fees when the price changes. I think it is so unacceptable of Damelin to lead on the prospective students and dont inform them of what to expect. Why should I be billed for the difference now, if I was not informed in the beginning?
