I registered for modules with UNISA on 7 January 2013, and paid the fees thereafter and was not registered.
After several email complaints and even a previous hello peter complaint, my registration was finally done yesterday HOWEVER it is only for one module! What happened to the other one? In addition to that, my husband registered for 5 modules in 1st semester, but they registered him for 2nd semester!! I don't see how it is now our problem if UNISA is useless and are having administrative issues! I need my full registration to be done - additional study unit included, and my husbands modules to be changed to 1st semester like he initially registered for! Our studies cannot suffer and be delayed due to UNISA's incompetence! To top it all off, they don't have a call centre anymore, so you cant get hold of them, they reply to emails like 2 or 3 weeks later which doesn't help if registration is closed, and if you go to their offices, you don't get much joy either!
