After a shocking year of disservice, extremely poor management, incompetent curriculum, losing submitted material etc, very late results on exams, tests etc, totally incorrect marks ; the Final portfolio marks including June exam marks etc had to be submitted by Impak - (also see complaints about Delta Education) to SACAI and ultimately to Umalusi. Guess what? Wrong marks, incomplete marks, marks submitted so late that it was very nearly not accepted as final marks - same old rotten service.
So the end result for my granddaughter for matric, is now minus an English exam mark from June, and minus a project mark. Will they answer my hundreds of emails or phone calls? Not a chance - they have washed their hands off this, with absolutely no further response from Delta / Impak education. They couldn't care less. These people are giving Home Schooling a very very bad name. Whatever you do, don't use Delta (now Impak Education) as your curriculum supplier, and don't believe their false promises. They don't care about your child at all.
They have a wonderful opportunity in a growing "market" in this country, but have messed this up badly.
