DISSAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent somebody to buy me a textbook from the bookstore, the same book had 2 different pricing, the guy bought the one for R573 (not sealed) and apparently there was one for R700 something. When I received the book it was a little bit chipped at the bottom corner and I assumed it was bcos of it was cheap, it turnout the textbook should come out with my finance lab code, after 3 days of buying the book, I then contacted the bookstore to ask about the code, they said I needed to bring back the book and extra money to get the one for R700 something, I then send somebody as it was still within 10 business day (as the slip states). They refused to take the book, saying it was used, I then called the store, after being transferred 3 times, the guy took my number and said the manager will call me, I asked him to make it urgent so that it is still within the 10 days... it is now 3:00 o clock and nobody has called me. I must say, SUCH A SERVICE FOR A BIG STORE LIKE THEM!!!
