I have been waiting 43 Days now for Study Material. According to the Virtual Campus my study material was sent on 29 and 31 January. No communication was made about the tracking numbers. I found out myself via the Virtual Campus. I thought that Nadiemah Parker have resolved this issue! She promised that I will have my study material on Tuesday, it is Thursday now. WHY IS THIS?? This simple answer is that after numerous emails and phone calls that my study material should be sent to the Benoni branch... IT WAS NOT!! I have been tracking the material and found that it hasn't moved the entire week. I phoned Skynet, They told me that the address is my home address, and the will be sending the parcels back to Intec. I HAD TO MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SKYNET FOR THE DELIVERY. I specifically asked Nadiemah Parker on Tuesday if the material will be send to Benoni Branch and she answered YES. I have spend so much airtime and money to notify Intec to deliver to the Benoni Branch and yet they cant get this simple thing right?? I have spend the entire morning to track down the parcels and make arrangements with Skynet because it was send to the wrong address. I am really not happy about this.
