Ad attitude from the receptionist

Good Day,

I had called in at Advtech Group kindly requesting to speak to Ronel Matthew, unfortunately her line was busy... the receptionist was not very hospitable towards the end of the call. I asked if should I leave a message for Ronel will she be able to call me back or should I callback myself, she (Kim) answered that whatever I want to do in a rude manner... I kindly requested for her name which she gave and surname which then she told me she is not obliged to do that. The reason I had asked for her 1st and 2nd name was because I wanted to be certain who I had left a message too. I am just dissapointed in her tone of voice because I was asking to be certain of the message being passed on to the relevant person. I noticed that her tone was not welcoming and I asked if is she irritated, reason being I was making sure that we were still on the same page, maybe because I was asking too many questions and for her guidance.
