3G Package, a nightmare

I have requested the 3G package and paid the R600.00, as required. Then attempted to connect after receiving the message confirming successful processing, only to find that my SIM card number has been cancelled by Vodacom and given it someone else. I have been trying to get hold of UNISA for so long, need them to assist in loading the 3G to the new SIM card number.

No one answers the phone at the head office, finally called the Nelspruit Hub, where the lady tells me, its not UNISA's problem. I must try and resolve it alone with Vodacom. Went to Vodacom outlet in Illanga Mall, they have no clue of what I am talking about (UNISA and Vodacom relationship). So who is to help me now? Someone else is now consuming the data bundles which were meant for my studies, of course that's if UNISA and Vodacom have loaded them already.

Don't know what to do now.
