NOT REGISTERED BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT STAFF

I applied at UNISA in 2013. I received no feedback and phoned. I was told that my application was successful and that I must register. I went to UNISA PTA to register. There I was told that they want copies of my Statement of Results. I was told that I can mail it. I mailed it begin of Jan 2014. I have been trying to get registered since then. I went on leave in January 2014 and spent my entire holiday phoning and e-mailing Unisa to get registered, once again NO LUCK. the phones just ring and you do not get a response on sms or e-mail. I then got hold of Hazel (012 441-5888). He told me that there was more info outstanding. They need a copy of the modules that I have done for my Project Management Diploma. I told him that I have sent that information last year already and again in January. I once again sent the info to [email protected] and [email protected]. Hazel then informed me that he cant get hold of the people at Unisa responsible for registrations/applications. He then sent me a registration form to complete which I did and sent it back to Hazel and [email protected]. Hazel also asked me to register online for the 2nd semester - but I could not. What must one do to register???
