NO RESPONSE IN TWO DAYS

Students are unable to contact the university and speak to an agent in an attempt to resolve issues, especially urgent ones. The old call centre number has a pre-recorded message saying they (UNISA) want to do things better and more efficient and don't want us to wait on the line anymore. I sent a text message to the prescribed number on 04/02/2014 at 13:37 and have not received a response yet. Dear UNISA, I would have preferred to wait on-hold for an hour and get my issue resolved immediately. I sent an email this morning and am hoping that will produce more pleasant fruit. Please contact me urgently I beg you UNISA - I need to resolve my issue as I have an assignment to submit by 13/02/2014.
