NO RESPONSE!!! BAD SERVICE

I was a student in 2010 with Damelin, finished the course in 2010, however it still reflects that I have an account open with them, I sent an email 2 weeks ago, for them to update my profile and send me a settlement letter confirming that I do not owe them anything, up until today no response. I call the call centre and hold on for hours and then get an option to leave a message, when i do that it tells me that the voicemail is full.. geez what kind of service is that,

All i want is a letter confirming that I do not owe you DAMELIN
