I recently signed up for a EUP1501 module for computing and after 3 days of finally getting registered and trying to understand MyITLab *which i still don't* and the very non-user friendly My Unisa site. I am still yet to speak or to communicate with someone who can assist in giving proper concise instructions as to what exactly is expected of us.'The discussion icon " on My Unisa lead by Dr Mokwana does not have a single instruction on it or any person speaking and i cant find the "New forum " button on the screen because there isn't any.
I'm finding it extremely difficult to follow instructions simply because i have to use 3 to 4 different websites to complete a module, MyUnisa, MyITlab, Microsoft Outlook for Unisa emails and MyLife.
Could Prof L Goosen Please or any Unisa website assistant call me or I am going to fail your module without someone's help.
