The online registration incorrectly registered me for registration period 2 when I was supposed to continue from last year's subjects in this semester. I would have picked up this discrepancy in my registration details had the university website been working for the past three weeks but now I am told that it cannot be changed or the money will be forfeited.
I don't know if I will still have a job next semester because I am on contract and I have the money to pay for these subjects now.
Some assistance will be appreciated as no one in the registration help lines seem to care.
